This popular beach with white-sand dunes & mountain views offers swimming as well as dining options. The middle section of Hout Bay Beach is open to dogs, where they can work up a sweat on the sand. It’s mostly flat, so ball games are fun, and the sea is also mostly smooth, which is lovely for a post-game swim.
