HART Helderberg Animal Rescue Team

HART (Helderberg Animal Rescue Team) actively dedicates itself to saving puppies, kittens, and their mothers from across the Western Cape, especially in smaller towns lacking proper shelters and resources. Unlike traditional shelters, we operate on a foster-based model, ensuring that every animal in our care receives individual attention and love in a home environment.

1. Adoption Days: We regularly host adoption days where you can meet our adorable furry friends and potentially welcome them into your family. We do require home checks.
2. Community Outreach: Our volunteers actively engage with communities, providing support, education, and essential supplies like food, bowls, leads, collars, toys, blankets, and kennels to pet owners in need. We also offer services such as deworming, dipping, and basic medical care.
3. Sterilization and Vaccination Drive: We aim to sterilize and vaccinate a significant number of animals in underserved communities! Assisting pet owners with funding and donations to promote responsible pet ownership.
