SAFE Foster Network is a dedicated animal rescue organization operating in the greater Durban area of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Dedicated to addressing the challenges of dog overpopulation, abandonment, as well as neglect. SAFE stands for Sterilization, Adoption, Fostering, and Education.
