Rafiki Animal Welfare and Rescue

The core team of RAFIKI ANIMAL WELFARE & RESCUE SOUTH AFRICA (RAWR SA) comprise a small group of people who are passionate about the welfare of animals. Founded in September 2021, we currently aim to assist in the rescuing, networking and rehoming of cats and dogs. The main driving force behind our venture is the opportunity we as humans have to restore some form of dignity in a world where animals are treated as commodities instead of companions. Because of various factors, including recent start-up and availability of foster homes, our capacity may vary from time to time.
