Kitty Religion is the brainchild of two cat-loving parents (of both children and cats) who have dreamed of creating the perfect boutique accommodation for fancy felines, after struggling to find a suitable space for their own beloved cats close to the Northern Suburbs.
After a life-changing research trip to Tokyo, Japan to visit various cat cafés, the vision for Kitty Religion took shape!

Our hotel features a stunning indoor atrium, with lush indoor-greenery that creates a natural, calming environment. Your cat will enjoy glorious views of the sky through our glass roof, bringing the outdoors in while staying safe and secure indoors. They’ll be able to watch the birds and soak in the sunlight during the day, and experience a cozy, reflective atmosphere at night when the glass ceiling becomes a warm, soothing mirror feature.
We’ve carefully designed the space with multiple levels, high perches, and soft furnishings to give cats places to feel safe and relaxed. Private rooms ensure that cats aren’t contending with the social dynamics of other cats, which can often be stressful—especially for territorial cats. If they prefer to hide and feel safe, we have closed-off spaces where they can retreat and feel secure. Interactive toys and multi-level suites keep your cat entertained and mentally stimulated, ensuring their comfort and psychological well being.
Moreover, we know that stressed cats are unhappy cats, so we’ve taken every step to make sure your cat’s environment is calm, controlled, and free from unnecessary stressors. White noise helps to block out sudden loud sounds, while our air-conditioning system ensures the temperature is always just right—because comfort is key.

We do three water checks a day, and our team is dedicated to ensuring your cat’s litter tray is consistently clean and that they receive plenty of love and affection throughout the day and night.
