For a pet who brings so much joy to our lives, it’s only fair we take them along for the festive activities. We have compiled a list of paw-friendly adventures for the whole family to enjoy!
Christmas Dinner at Simon’s – Groot Constantia
Not in the mood for all the cooking and cleaning, Simon’s has you covered! Join Simon’s at Groot Constantia for a furtastic evening filled with great food and pawsome fun! Not only do they have deliciously amazing food to satisfy our human taste buds, but a whole menu dedicated just to our four-legged friends!

Pet-Friendly Movie Under the Stars – Benguela Cove
There isn’t much better than getting cuddled up with your loved ones (fur babies included) and watching a good old classic Christmas movie! Benguela Cove is offering just that – with the bonus of being under the beautiful South African night sky! Bring the pups and kiddos along for an unforgettable night and loads of laughs while watching How The Grinch Stole Christmas!

Pet-Friendly Christmas Eve Market at Lourensford Wine Estate
Get in the festive holiday spirit and enjoy a sunny day out at Lourensford Market with the whole family! With good food and wine for the pawrents, splashing fun on the lawn for the kiddos, and a pawsome day out for the fur-kids – not to mention all the treats! Live music performed by talented artists, loads of stalls with all kinds of goodies, refreshing drinks, delicious food, and beautiful scenery!
Date & Time: Sunday 24 December – 10:00 to 15:00
Cost: Market is free – Parking is R20 per vehicle
