I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and although I’ve had to wait long to receive my order, I’ve always been a satisfied customer. At the beginning of November, I ordered products for my 5 cats and my dog, and after following up numerous times, was told there’s no stock. I’ve been dealing with Jarvis. He said he emailed me and that if I didn’t get his emais, there’s a problem with my email (no ownership on his side). But I got the email confirming my order, I got an email stating they are busy with my order (which wasn’t true) and I got all their promotional emails, Black Friday included. I’ve provided another email address, still nothing from Jarvis.
When I said I will report that they took my money for products they dont have in stock, his exact words, “we don’t care about the Consumer Protection Board, we’ll just get our lawyers on it”.
I asked to speak to his Manager. His response, “I’m the owner, I own 5% of the company and you will have to deal with me”.
During our verbal conversation, he called me stupid.
I had the call on speaker phone and my daughter was listening. I told him this; again he couldn’t care!
